Ellis, it looks really good! What's wrong with the Dodge???

Rust.......horrible,no good,dirty,rotten,God forsaken roof rust from hell! Picture the apocalypse of dodge truck roves and your still shy of what is there. :(

That sucks man, time to cut it out and weld in some new material. How are the pinch welds and drip rail?

Dont know..... Haven't dug the hucky pucky out just yet. Gotta get those Chevy wheels turning and burning before I consummate my marriage to that project.

I will have to take pics this weekend of my rust bucket. you'd be impressed.
92 D350 Cab and Chassis. Auto stock, wiring gremlins. 330k miles
92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

Read this through from the beginning and was completely surprised when I saw I'd posted in here before. This thing looks really good so far. Now hurry up with color

The Roo Hunter: 93 w250, lifted, 2 whistle machines, and a bunch of other go fast goodies, uhh..... not there yet
Jaeger: 12 ram 3500. Lifted, exhausted, and fed an excessive quantity of air
The Huntress: 02 Jetta TDI. No muffler, egr, horsepower

Yeah Ike,that's pretty bad. I could deal with something like that,you don't/wouldn't see it after the repair. A roof tho,it'll stick put like a sore thumb.
The problem here is it's coming from the inside out,it is attacking from within the double walled roof. That means I'll have to skin it back to get to the source. Plus replacements are not available to me,used or otherwise. Besides if I had to recab it to fix it id just sell it. I've been looking for a 4door ton truck in the Chevy variety for some time and think I've had a Ford fall in my lap. As bad as I hate to say it I think a 24v ve pumped f350 is in my future :puker:
