Anyone know anything about Pure Diesel Power's Stage 5s: http://www.puredieselpower.com/catalog/pure-diesel-power-435hp-9498-59l-cummins-valve-injectors-p-2696.html They look like they would sure move alot of fuel, any idea how they would do with the 14mm head? If I were to have new era make me a set for 700 what should they be, as far as size and spray pattern??

thats hard for us to answer, its going to depend on how much hp you want to make, what turbos you ext. ext,

hey KTA dont for get me in that count

hey sorry that was a little vauge. I cracked the head unit on my 90 Dodge and i am now going to have a new head ported and o-ringed, i am going to have KTA install a 14mm head on my fuel pump and i'm looking to install custom injectors. As far as letting it breathe goes I am currently collecting parts for a twin turbo set up with an hx35 on top and a hx60 on the bottom [still looking for the 60 if anyone has one lying around] to run into a psd diesel intercooler [which i'm also still looking for] and i'm going to do a 5 in down pipe to run all the way out to where my exhaust duals into 3in pipes. With this combination i'm looking for 500-600rwhp. So yeah i'm hoping to figure out some injector stuff here before too long and get those ordered and the pump sent to KTA. and that pretty much sums up my big HP dreams...

good luck on finding a hx60 very hard unless your going to buy new, i went with the ht60, its just a bit smaller, for injectors go to new era, and get a costom set he wants 700 for them probaly a set of 6x20s or somthin like that, and also if your doin the kta 14mm you should also put a hi lift cam plate in

You get what you pay for with injectors.

I ran POD's, hx35 and a 14mm head for awhile with no problems, other than a sky rocketing boost gauge. The right foot controls all. I see no problems running POD's and a 14mm head... other than low HP  . I switched out my POD's to a set of 6x16's from Scheid and gained 10psi of boost without changing anything else.

I also ran stock fuel lines, and a piston lift pump with a 14mm head with no problems, made 443hp with a s300 and that setup.

Maybe I'm just lucky with my 14mm head. I should have the twins done by mid-summer, so hopefully I can finally break 500rwhp  .

I have about 2000 miles total on it. It was a daily driver for about 1500 before I bought the 91.5.

Because I run a ton of fuel pressure when it needs it, and I don't lock the ksb because it makes the pump get real hot real fast from the increased pressue and the returning fuel back to the inlet. Rapid temp changes in a pump are very bad.

Yeah it has one, but it probably only has about 6000mi on it. My dually trailer puller has the one with the most miles, but mind you its not turned up all the way either. It is just set to make a nice 300rwhp and be able to tow with that much power.
