Found I have 2 sets of instructions, these are the ones that were sitting next to the computer. http://www.dodgeram.info/tsb/1994/18-10-94a.htm
Part way down the page it says how to adjust the timing. When you put the DV back in, I just used a few drops of motor oil on the o-ring, I don't see the need for 90 weight. I also have a timing degree chart, but the degrees vs. lift depends on the CPL number on the pump.

Check this link out, had alot of good info.
You stealing the engine for your tractor? I'd be interested in the welder side if it all still works

Thats the plan. The P series should bolt right in place. Near as I can tell the main difference is the tapered shaft which will take a bit of work if I ever reinstall the electric clutch.

I don't know for sure on the welder side. I know the 110v works, but I haven't been able to test anything else.

Is it just me or do these darn trucks seem to need maintenance on everything all at once?? My truck needs front brakes, clutch, the ksb line needs replaced (that been needed a while) front end alignment, shocks (they are at least under warranty) and I need to test my injectors as its starting harder and hazing more.

Drove mine today, first time in a couple of weeks. Damn near run the first stop dig , brakes were terrible, on a truck that has always had fantastic brakes. Couple of pumps and there back, but let it sit and there hardly there.
My guess is the rear are out of adjustment, as I rarely us the brakes on reverse. I tested this theory at lunch, went out and did several reverse braking, we'll see when I leave if there better.
Mine needs an oil change, fuel filter, and should change the diff fluid as well, since its been a couple years, but I end up wrenching on everything else, and it always starts, it tends to get the neglect.

As luck would have it, think the master crapped out. Pedals still low, unless you give it 2-3 good pumps, as well as the fluid levels being low, and no leaks evident except around the booster, which tells me its failed internally. Sucks, as its my only vehicle right now, but ill try and find a new mfg master and delete the rwal while I'm at it.

my master cylinder took a crap on me as well... are you alluding to a possible upgrade? I would be interested in that! forgive me but what is the rwal?

Rwal is that abs valve on the rear frame that takes a crap. Mine works, but since the system is no longer "sealed" I'm gonna remove it as a precautionary measure.
I found Carquest and O'Reilly's both carry a new mfg master, instead of the reman crap we keep getting. Idk who makes them, the Carquest counter guy hinted it was probably A-1 Cardone, but either way, since new Bendix units aren't available any longer, kinda stuck.
I'd thought about upgrading to hydroboost, but I need this back on the road yesterday, as my other daily driver is getting new rear leafs installed, since I discovered a couple broken leafs while swapping tires Saturday. This was actually the first 1stgen I've owned that had awesome brakes.

Not a lot right now, clutch, injector seal kit, and pump seal kit. I almost bought the fuel pin but I've spent a lot already on the darn truck and I need tires and brakes on the neon also lol.
