My friend at school has a diesel cruze, I think the overboost thing is cool. How long have you had it Jon?

I'm here everyday, but if nobody posts I'm not always going to go through the index to come in here, and post.

I check in repeatedly every day. Haven't had much going on with the truck till last week when the local track finally opened back up.

- Long story short, still need MUCH more air to support the mo'bigga injectors. This was proven this past Thursday at the track when I temporarily removed the turbo intake from the filter tube and couldn't hook-up without heavy tire shudder, slipping 2nd gear, etc.

Crap.

Taking it to the next level is gonna be expensive.

2.5 weeks and 2k miles now. Trans is clunky when cold but over all, its a good car.

The only other complaint is I may get my first speeding ticket in this car... So quiet and easy to go 20+ mph over...

When are you going to convert that 518 to lockup? Still technically a A518, just didn't come with certain bits.

I've seen the map for the new s472sx-e. 113lb/min which beats my s476. It comes standard with an 87/81 turbine wheel. I think it'd be a pretty good match for your monster sticks. Since the 72 went from 95 to 113lb/min with the sx-e I'm curious how big of jump the 476 will make. If it exceeds 120lb/min that'll be more than my s480. That'd be quite an interesting primary. I'd like to try both of them as primaries with a 62sx-e secondary. Though I'll need a job, and money before that can happen

They are pretty wicked. The s400's are 10 blade like the Garrett gtx line, but the 72 is right up there in flow with the 76mm gtx4202r (shy by about 2 or 3 lb/min) that should make quite a nice secondary on a 6.7

I test drove a diesel Cruze before I bought my TDI but I can't say that I was a fan, to be honest. It was certainly comfortable but I personally was looking for something a little "sportier" and my MKV TDI definitely feels more like a drivers car. I actually took a little video of it a few days ago because people were asking what a 3 inch straight pipe sounded like on the 2.0 Common Rail and since I just got my Galaxy S7 Edge (huge upgrade from an S4, by the way) I figured it was a good excuse to turn Dallas into a cameraman. :D

Who knew it would take 5 weeks and 3 shops to align a crew cab long bed and it's not done yet.....took it to a dealer and it wouldn't fit on the rack but took 3 hours to let me know and I had to call them. They told me the front end was tight. Next shop I set it up with said they would have to put it on the frame rack well a car was on it and they told me that they would call when it opened up. I canceled. The next one and only other one it would fit on said my upper ball joints were bad ( not sure I believe them because I checked them earlier) ball joints were life time, replaced them and front brakes take it back a week later, the camber bolts are stripped and I need new ones, they are on order and should have them in this weekend but they can't get to it for another week or so, so hopefully this takes care of everything.

I always prefer the not sell option, but I'm essentially a hoarder. I'd have dozens of these things if I had the money to do them how I wanted.

I want to sell but I don't lol. Better option would be to bite the bullet and convert it to 4wd.

Which 1st gen page? There are several of them! There are a couple that are ok, adolescent 1st gen owners group isn't bad, and there is another one that's ok too, but I can't remember which one.
