
Truck was 1 owner, has the NV5600, dealer installed exhaust brake, airbags, flatbed, and best of all rust free. Seemed to be well taken care of, it is very tight.
Blew a tire near Idaho springs, stopped in Denver and bought the set of 35s. They rub rear of fenders pretty bad. Longer control arms eventually.
I won't be starting this project for a while but I am either going VE or Pee pump.
Any opinions on VE VS P? I like the idea of not having to buy conversion lines, seems I can adapt the VE.
I haven't driven a hopped up p pump truck, so I have no idea how they feel. I know an all stock one is miserably slow....
Hp goal maybe 500. Will the 24v prove to be easier to get there vs the 12v with a VE?
Truck will be a summer DD, workhorse.
