4 inch down pipe

Postby skilletky » Tue Apr 08, 2008 5:44 pm

i am going up to new era friday to get my injectors and turbo, my question is will the 4 inch down pipe fit without any modificatons to it or the truck? the turbo is a htb2 62/14/71. also, i put a 366 spring in the pump ( the 205 pump). it did wonders, but, i was going down the highway at about 80 or 85, i pushed the pedel almost to the floor to pass a car and it shifted from od to 3rd. i was then doing about 90 something when this happened. is this normal and if not how could i fix this?

thanks
chris

I don't understand why more people don't bypass all the automatic overdrive controls and just put it on a toggle switch. That's what I did to mine, it works good.

TPS problem?
