so numbers i can expect

well if I do go and do this bhaf mod. What kinda numbers can i look at vs stock?
1989 d250 muffler delete diaphram turned, fuel screw turned, the lowes special intake

Around stock... Plus a little...
1990 D-250 Regular Cab: Tweaked injection pump, built transmission, a cataclysmic charlie foxtrot of electronics, the most intense street-ran water injection system in the country, and some more unique stuff.

I gained 2psi of boost going from a k&n stock filter replacement to the BHAF. I would guess 0-2psi of boost gain over stock.

would me playing with the pump mods help the power gain

on a level of 1-10 how hard is it to put a hx40 in place of my h1c

Do you have tools or just a craftsman set and some box end wrenches? With a good source of tools and a good welder and some 4" pipe you can swap the turbo out and build the down pipe and exhaust and be done in 4-5hrs.

It takes me 4 to 5 hours to open the tool box!!!! We are waiting for Philip to put his 40 on. :roll:
