ok guys today i had some time to work on my truck today, so i removed the 354 gov and put the 366 in also checked(tightened) the fuel lines, retarded the timing a bit from where it was(to get to the allen) and the problem seemed to go away. feels like the power is down a little but its running good, thinking that it was the gov spring after all, dont know why it took 2 months to start acting like it did
well at least now i have a pump kit if it does go T/U
i have to go out to where the engine is tomorrow to get some parts of it for a friend and ill get cummins and pump #s.
