24 valve help

bought a 2001 single cab dually 2wd last week,,, its got sum tickin noise at idle... changed injectors, adjusted valves 4 times, pulled the head still nothing.... maybe piston slap???? tried to ask on cumminsforum.com but its takin to long..... help me plz
1993 d250,single cab short bed, sbc, 175hp p-pumped,4kgsk,370's, fass 150. hx35
1997 2500 4x4 , 913,191's,3kgsk,5x16, 3rd gen dubs.

its a 24v...it probably needs a lift pump :lol:

I thought I had heard that 24valves were louder, but I've never personally been around one up close.
Sold 91 now-intercooled W250, 388WHP 923WTQ on #2 only 423WHP 968WTQ on meth 0% correction.

i think louder might be an understatement. they rumble like giants at idle and them scream like banshee's at WOT
