Beware Baldwins with drains! We put a different # Baldwin on a Cat engine in a milling machine at work. 2 weeks later the customer called, slightly upset. They drained the water off, and the drain leaked. Bad. Really bad. They got it stopped so they could run it, but we had to put the Cat filter with the clear plastic bowl back on it. It may have been a one time deal, bad filter. Now we just put the Cat filters on those and don't worry.

By the way, it's about $6k a day if the milling machine is down. They are scheduled for months in advance, and work down south in the winter. Million dollar machine has to pay for itself somehow. ;)

Baldwins for years, no problems. Only thing is getting BF1221 locally is tough. Much easier getting FS1221 from Scheid.

Randy the part number for the new heater delete nipple should be in the part number forum/whatever it's called on here.
