My advise would be take a look at all the 1st gen twin pics online. KTA, needmopower, Stomp, swank, CaptainChrysler, BC, CK, and myself are the ones I can think of that have pics someone online of twin setups. See how they did it, think about how you would do it different or similarly, using ideas from them to get yourself started.
Of course Stomp and BC both have run of the mill PDR setups, no offense meant to them btw. That setup is just a 90* drop out the back of the secondary charger, basically the same way 2nd and 3rd gen twin setups are built. It will place the primary close to the block, possibly causing interference with the stock oil filter location. It will place the primary's drain lower than the stock oil drain in the block not allowing you to T the oil drains and will require a second oil drain in the oil pan. Plus the use of a 5" downpipe might be impossible without cutting into the firewall.
Now by placing the primary out away from the block will allow you to retain the factory oil filter location, the use of a 5" rubber boot and intake and possibly be able to T the two chargers oil drains.
