I have never discouraged anyone from building anything. I have only suggested what I think is the best course of action. I generally don't recommend stuff to people that is going to end up costing them a bunch of $$$ and broken parts. You mentioned the moonilght diesel truck. It is P-pumped motor has a drop box in it and Rockwell axles with solid rear suspension. I am also fairly certain it doesn't have a getrag either, therefore it is nothing but a 1st gen frame and body.

Oh and I am ABSOLUTELY certain that truck isn't running 100psi of boost on a single. I know from personal experience the 3.0 trucks at most run 60psi or so and that is only if they run big gears or are on a tight track and bog down quite a bit. Generally they run between 40-50psi or so. If they have lied to you about it running 100psi they have most likely lied to you about other things.

I enjoy reading what people have done for experiments. I don't have much money so I use other peoples trial and era. I look at what people have made for power, read what they had for parts for that power and learn. I am at 300 hp. I of course want more. When I get ready to make more I will look at what other people have made good power with. We need to relax a little bit.
We are all friends here. Every day there are less and less of these things on the road. We need to stick together. Its much nicer to get along then to bicker.
If I love my turbo and the next guy tried and hated it I don't mind him saying that. I want to know why he hates it and what he found to be better and why. There is a nice way to make progress. Lets keep it cool. :?
Now I am going to get off my soapbox and smash it. I need it for firewood.
There, I feel better. :P

You're taking my statement out of context in an attempt to make yourself look good. ;)

Oh c'mon I thought this thread was through  . Stillsmokin, you or any of the Nebraska 1st gen pullers gonna make it to a Midwest 'National' event this year? TS Bowling Green or Scheid's? We don't have too many 1st gen's pulling around here. I think I saw the p-pump 1st gen puller you're talking about on youtube. Power Trip, is that the one? Sounded great.
