What do you gentlemen think of this one? Thanks for all the input also. Its 2 in wider than the first one and I went with 3 in pipe from the intercooler, ill post up pics when its completed.

Awesome.

I think that's about as good a design as could be had with the stock injection lines.
1990 D-250 Regular Cab: Tweaked injection pump, built transmission, a cataclysmic charlie foxtrot of electronics, the most intense street-ran water injection system in the country, and some more unique stuff.

Is that a steel plate? the stock one is cast aluminum, correct? I will be making one soon too, so keep us informed as to how it works out!

Well here it is almost done, just waiting for clamps. By the way, i've learned one thing about painting, put clear coat on it. I will be doing it from now on[duhhh]

Yes to both questions dowhat, I will let you know but it will be a little tricky getting real results as my tc is slipping pretty good.
