From the FMS;
Torque the inner nut to 50'lbs to seat the bearing. Back it off and re-tighten to 30-40'lbs while rotating the hub. Loosen the lock not 135°-150°. Install the lock ring. Tighten lock nut to 65'lbs.
You should wind up with a .001" to .010" end play.
