Valve cover bolt?

Postby darestie » Mon Sep 07, 2009 3:24 pm

I am an idiot and broke a valve cover bolt while doing my valve adjustment. Does anyone know where to get a replacement fast? If not, does anyone have a part #? One thing went right and I was easily able to extract the broken stud without damaging any theads; now I just need a replacement.

I have one you can have for shipping. Or, you can go to the local Case IH dealer and tell them you need a bolt for a mid 90s tractor with a 5.9. Might get some funny looks, but I promise you they will work. I dont think it was over $5.
