No, this is what you need to install 7mm injectors in a 9mm head

Yes.
I need new O-Rings and washers for the STOCK injectors. Non-intercooled with 9mm nozzles.
All the kits I've seen include washers for later injectors
If the diameter of the washer is the same I could enlarge it, but I'd rather just order the correct parts.

I haven't seen a 9mm installation kit. Have you talked to the guys at Gomer's yet? The guys in Montana are pretty good.

No, haven't talked to them.
One of the injectors needs an o-ring, so I figured I would install a whole new install kit. Do the 9mm injectors even need sealing washers?

All I really need are 6 new orings, where can I get them cheap?

If you are talking about the dust cover o-rings that go between the injector nut and the body, they are available at any Bosch authorized injection shop.

Here's the whole story:
My buddy told me when he owned the truck an injector had a slight leak and there was a little fuel on the outside.
He said it needs an o-ring, and I haven't even messed with it yet.
I'm new to these engines but I figured installing new copper sealing washers on each injector and replacing the o-ring on the injector body should fix it.
New return line washers too.. I'll install everything in the kit.

All the kits come with sealing washers for injectors with 7mm nozzles, the NON-IC trucks have 9mm nozzles, but do they still use the same install kit?
part # DPE59000
I want a kit that has injector to cylinder head sealing washers THAT WILL FIT.

You'll probably have to get 9mm washers from a Bosch shop or Cummins.

DP may be right, all the coppers in that pic are the same size, probably 7mm.
The rubber o-ring is only a dust seal, it doesn't actually seal fuel. If you had a fuel leak, it either came from the hi pressure line, the return line, or maybe the the injector itself leaking. (rare) A compression leak will show as fuel bubbling. No bubbles, not a compression leak, just fuel coming from above.
I'd clean it good with brake cleaner, and run it and watch very closely. I bet the return banjo is leaking.
You can reuse the 9mm washers. Heat them with a small torch until they are red hot, then drop them in a bucket of water. It anneals them and makes them soft again.

Right Scott? ;)

Sounds good.
If I can't find larger sealing washers I'll torch 'em.
