Is This Tool Box Too Big?

Postby PToombs » Thu Sep 17, 2009 5:44 pm

Title says it all. My buddy and I think it looks too big and low. I thought I'd get some opinions from you guys. I can get it in under the bed a few more inches, but I need to "adjust" it. Can't go foward or back any. It hits the spring hanger. :x
Thanks.

I would put 1 on each side. I like things equal.

No room on the other, fuel filler too.

Tailpipe is in the garage. Almost time to put it back on. I pulled it to put the airbags and shocks on. Shocks sucked! Frickin bolts rusted in the upper bushings.

Richie, you touch that truck and I'll throw beer cans in your stacks.

Me too.

I think it looks fine like it is, but like Richie, I'd do one on each side.

Pete just notch the box to fit around the spring hanger. That will move it in a bunch.

Well, I only have 1, and can't afford another right now. Plus, it won't fit at all on the other side. I'll have to put a good crease in it to get it to clear the spring hanger.
