1990 1st gen non intercooled

I have a 1990 1st gen cummins that i am wanting to put an intercooler in...i have a 1st gen91.5-1993 intercooler but need piping and turbo. What else is needed to perform this swap besides the front grill?? i'm new to this thanks for your information

Pretty much the whole front clip.

Thermostat housing from I/C'ed engine

You can use your non/ic grill but you will need to loose the ac condenser. You will need to trim the flange on the side's of the radiator for the tube's ,your intake will need turned 180 deg,and you will need an intake horn.Oh and the hood latch brace will need bent and shimmed at the bottom.

i have a 90' that i just put an intercooler in...um got it off of ebay for like $250ish, bought some piping off of ebay too... the interdooler measured 30"x12"x4" had to do some major cutting of the radsupport to make room for the piping, had to flip the intake cover around so my intercooled intake horn would go past the brake master cylender....um lots of work but i lost 300 degs on my egt's...
