Twins or single

Postby jmono » Thu Oct 29, 2009 6:28 pm

I'm not really familiar with these injection pumps. How would a decent sized charger spool? I was thinkin twins with an hx35/ht3b, but in the back of my head I have always wanted a big single. Like a silver bullet, 66mm charger with a 12 or 13 exhaust. Would it be very tolerable or do you think it would be laggy? Could I spool it with a 12mm pump with a set of 6x.016s or 6x.018s fed by a airdog or something similar or would I have to add a 14mm head and 4mm cam plate? Another quick question, at what PSI do you guys recommend o-rings? 50lbs?

Twins will spool way faster than a big single. A 66mm charger would probably be very laggy with a VE. I'm sure with tuning you could get rid of some lag, but it would be a pain to daily drive.
