Anyone know where to get a tapped bolt for the intake manifold?I still haven't put my 100 lb boost gauge in yet,cause I don't want to drill a hole in the intake.Any other options?
'90 D250 R/C,727,IC,6x.009's,1/8" bump,fuel psi,straight pipe w/5" stack.
'90 W250 R/C,47rh,K@N,HX35,1/8" bump,2nd gen IC,boost,egt,trans temp.3.07's.
'96 2500 S/C L/B,2wd,NV5600,3.54 L/S,cai,egt,pacbrake,mbrp exhaust,10 plate.
Bring back the Bank of Canada, PRE- 1974.

I got mine from geno's. It came with my gauge.
1989 W250 727, 3.07 L/S, S300, P/S Intercooler, Stans exaust, Pump adjustments, 127k miles,297 hp
1993 W250 extended cab, rag, 4.10 l/s, 6x16's, HTT 62/71/14 piston l/p, Isspro EV series tach, fuel pressure, boost, oil pres, water temp, volt, pryo, 132k/ 301 hp
1992 W250 with NV4500, 3.54's, 16cm 60mm GDS H1C, ground stock cone, Isspro tach, pryo, boost, fuel pressure, slow, rusty, dented,180k

All you need is a 1/8" pipe adapter. There are 2 holes in the side of the intake with plugs in them. One is near the throttle cable mounting plate, and the other is forward a little.

Pete, on a non cooled truck you have to drill the throttle brackets to get to the plug you used on your rig. On my 89 it was just easier to use a intake bolt machined for 1/8th inch pipe.

i had to drill my throttle bracket out not to tricky but i almost nicked one of my injector lines....and it was tricky to get a fitting threaded in

Finally got the darn thing installed.Minus 40 Celcius here with windchill,and finally got access to a shop for a day and fixed a bunch of stuff.Drilled a 3/4" hole in the bracket,and the fitting that came with the gauge fit.Transmission and roads too slippery to get over 22 psi so far. :D
