what is the easiest thing i could to my pump to make some more power and some more smoke lol?
98 3500, 5sp, dpp 90's, 10 plate, 4k springs, sb fe. totalled
90 d250 727, stock for now, coming soon: trans swap from a '95 2nd gen, 366 spring, m&h m5, custom crossover plumbed for a little w/m and n2o

anyone have a photo of where the fuel screw is located? is there a lock ring or something of that nature that might hinder the process of turning it up?

Yeah, I've had stock trucks hit 1350 going up I-70 west of Denver.

His- 93 W250 club cab LE, auto to Getrag conversion, piston lift pump, 3.54 LSD. 400k+
Hers- 04 QC 4x4. Built auto, Triple Dog, Air Dog. Funny Round truck that aint so quiet.

does it make that much of a difference to turn the fuel screw up?

Oh yeah, it can! Some trucks don't make hardly any difference, and some a big difference. No telling what it will be either. When you do it, pull the turbo inlet and have somebody stand there with a piece of plywood or 2x8 to snuff it out if it runs away on ya. You really should have guages 1st though, at least a boost and a pyro.

who makes a gauge pod for our trucks? i really would only need a pyro wouldn't i? that turbo dont make much boost does it?

i see a bunch of people's sigs say something about piston lift pumps? what company makes the best one? how hard is it to install. does it need to be regulated?

A 90 non cooled can make 40 psi ( very hot that is ) with stock injectors and stock turbo. At that psi I would say the temp would be over 1700 within 5 seconds. 8)

WOW! i didn't know it would be runnin that hot. who makes a grid heater delete spacer? maybe a could get one and drilll and tap it and install a small water system to keep the temps down temperarilly( overlook my spelling). or some spray lol.

I meant with every ounce of pump tuning, not at stock fueling.

Grid heater only works when its cold out not all the time.
