does anyone know if there is any difference in ve pumps from the 5.9 to the 8.3? fuel output wise?
98 3500, 5sp, dpp 90's, 10 plate, 4k springs, sb fe. totalled
90 d250 727, stock for now, coming soon: trans swap from a '95 2nd gen, 366 spring, m&h m5, custom crossover plumbed for a little w/m and n2o

?Did they ever put a ve on a 8.3? Can't say I have ever seen one.
92 w250, NV4500, D80, maxed pump, AFC gone, extended fuel screw, more to come.

I spent about 5 minutes looking at Google results, everything I saw was CAV or P7100 types. :?

please forgive my ignorance lol. i just thought that a 8.3 being the next size up from the 5.9 it might share the same injection pump but just might put out a little more fuel

the p1700 is the standard equiptment on most bigger engines, it is pretty deduned from factory on a 5.9 anyways
