engine and trans swap ???

how hard do you think it would be to swap the engine and trans from my '95 2wd auto to my '90 2wd auto?
98 3500, 5sp, dpp 90's, 10 plate, 4k springs, sb fe. totalled
90 d250 727, stock for now, coming soon: trans swap from a '95 2nd gen, 366 spring, m&h m5, custom crossover plumbed for a little w/m and n2o

well should be same engine block plates for the motor mounts. starter is in different location so you have to massage the frame rail a little bit for clearance. then maybe move the tranny cross member. the tranny i think might be a little longer so maybe have to shorten the driveshaft. then electrical should be the same i would think, they might have changed soem of the connnectors on the sensors. and you wouldnt have the KSB so that wire should get tucked away. hope that helps.
