well i found part of the reason,the return T was a little loose so i tightened that and its still takes a little bite of time to start but not as bad as it was before so im still in the search,but i did make 334hp/820tq with 1/8 bump timin and 348hp/822tq with the ksb switch on so i got a leak somewhere.
'92 D350 cab and chassy,pump turned up with 1/8 timin,coaltriann 6x16 sticks,htt manifold,asa intake cooler tubez,south bend 13" clutch rebuilt G360,ps cooler,industrial super 62 phat shaft turbo,weldin bed.
12 Chevy 3500ltz lifted, deleted, and bed with sae 300 ss hood for new rig
got the welder off to get some work done and got in the truck and started the dang thing and it didnt want to idal fuel pump mods include no afc,fuelscrew turned 3/4 turn from runaway and the throttle linkage is clocked on 2 or 3 i dont remember. its ran fine well better than fine then took the welder off and its takin way too long to start! also i dont know if this would have any thing to do with it but when you push the clutch pedal the sylinoid on the pedal wont let the truck start (it is pluged in unlike what i found before when the green connecter comes undone) could that have anything to do with it and can i just tie those 2 wires together and bypass that switch?thanks guys any info is thanked
