stuck guide pin

well i tried to get it out with a small magnet and also tapped it with a small srcewdriver all the time hold the throttle wide open, nothing worked, so i took othe fule pin in colored it with a sharpie and put it back in , ill drive a few miles 2maro and then check the fuelpin for marks to see if the guide pin is working while i drive, prolly not
