I don't see an upgraded LP in your sig.Leaky O ring on the AFC boost line can make the fuel cut out hard.Hard enough I bonked my head on the steering wheel in 3rd gear WOT in my old 5 spd truck,Lol.I ended up fixing that on the side of the road with many small chunks of black tape around the fitting on the head.Sounds like an air issue to me tho.Fuel pressure gauge is handy too.

I always say first to check the fuel shutoff wiring, either on the firewall or on the terminals.

Yup, check the wires on the shut off solenoid. ;)

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

+1 on the shutdown solenoid wiring. used to be about a 3,000 mile interval road side fix for me. i ended up putting a new connector on that wire and it hasn't happened to me for 10,000+ miles. knock on wood

Its on the back of the injection pump. It should have a small stud and nut holding a flat spade connector. Actually all the ones I've had have been a double spade connector.

There's 2 electrical wires going to the IP. The one higher up just above where the injector lines come out is the one you are looking for. I'd show you a pic, but mine doesn't look like a solenoid anymore, just a brass plug.
