Well finally got in the P/S intercooler and Tims cooler tubes and i lost 125* at 70mph and 100* WOT
now i can only hit 1500*, mounted the tranny cooler under the bumper. very happy so far.

Looks good Dar! I like the polished valve cover cover. 8)
Don't let Richie see that plate though, he'll think the truck is his! :lol:

sometimes i get alittle carried away pollishing things, i just can't leave it alone if it will
pollish. :lol: Hey Richie bring down that new gray truck you got and we'll trade. heck half the people
you know wouldn't even know the differance between your truck and mine......well there both
kinda the same color with stacks.

If I did bring down the gray truck then you guys would see how much is hidden in the pictures. :| The pictures make it look spotless. Its far from that.

Don't worry about the little blimishes, were not doing concours show trucks here, if it satisfies you thats all that
counts, and it looks good to me, i would love to have it. :wrench:

Dar, If You like polishing stuff I'll bring an industrial sized bottle of turd polish to SOP and you can polish til your hearts content on my old pile of junk. :D

Well i put on the 60mm up grade and HOLY COW!!!!!!! what a diferance, it must have been the bottle neck cause i picked
up a good solid 9 psi of boost, and half the smoke, now i'm a little leary of my head gasket, now i'm at 39-40psi.
I do know one thing it shure did wake the old girl up. 8) 8) now i need to tow somthing heavy.

Pile some more hay on the trailer. Did the 60mm cool you down any? Your head gasket will be just fine at 40psi, or it should be. Keep an eye on it right behind the t-stat housing.

Dar's truck is one of the nicest I've seen recently- but it has about 1/3-1/2 the miles most of ours have, so that may have something to do with it.
His- 93 W250 club cab LE, auto to Getrag conversion, piston lift pump, 3.54 LSD. 400k+
Hers- 04 QC 4x4. Built auto, Triple Dog, Air Dog. Funny Round truck that aint so quiet.

Hey Dan if you can believe it i droped 200* on a WOT run 1250 is max now, it droped about 25* at 65mph,
I guess with all the other stuff already upgraded the turbo was my bottle neck. Now when i get in a good
tight converter my EGT's will probly go up again. :cry: :cry: But i think i'm done with mods, just gona do
little things now to make it drive and work better. :lol:
