Timing advance and grinding stock fuel pin

I watched the video on youtube of how to bump the timing 1/8th of an inch, how much performance gain will this give me? Or is it a negative affect? And also is there any good write ups of how to grind your stock fuel pin for more performance?? And my mods are in my signature
1992 dodge w250 5spd le club cab
fuel screw, full travel throttle. 5in dp, hx40
1993 ext cab w250, built auto, PODS hx40 pump work, 3200, fuel pin, full travel throttle, electric lift pump

Also where is the best place to have the intake and exhaust ports on my head to be bored out, along with fire ringed? Is there a company that i can send my head too that can provide both these services? :/
