Yeah I know it's a workout, I got spoiled with my new trucks I've had in the past. My 07 I had before this 93 could almost pull same hill and load in high gear, pull it back in 5th and just ease on. I did pull the radiator and everything in front of it and thoroughly clean it all. I went up there again last weekend and pulled the hill in 3rd at 45-50 and the water only got to 220*. I did swap for an 18cm housing but my egts still get too hot anything over about 26-28# boost.

I may contemplate burning it down before getting passed by a furd

26-28psi boost is the max of your turbo eficiency map- anything after that is hot air, which you have found out. No matter what you do to it, that is about all the stock H1C is good for.
His- 93 W250 club cab LE, auto to Getrag conversion, piston lift pump, 3.54 LSD. 400k+
Hers- 04 QC 4x4. Built auto, Triple Dog, Air Dog. Funny Round truck that aint so quiet.
