But you need to tell me what Engine (be specific) it came from. :lol:

Non-IC injectors turned down.

Got it all in and buttoned up...

HOLY COW!!!

You Non-IC guys do not realize how good you have it! From a standstill, I can now burn out through 1st, part way into 2nd and chirp 3rd! With a slush-box mind you.

I have a small problem. Injector number 5 hold down got wet before I changed injectors and now it spurts a fine mist in the 10mins it took me to get home, it soaked the engine in fuel... I didn't notice it at idle in the dark but I did after I got home! Anyone have suggestions?

Did you use NEW sealing washers on the injector?
Is the injector collar TIGHT?

REused the 9mm washers. To keep them on while putting the injectors in, applied a SMALL dab of petro jelly. The washers that the 7mm had were 2x as thick. I remember with PODs you want the thinnest ones.

And to answer the misting, bubbling problem, it was the nut wasn't tight enough. :shock:

Well, those injectors with the 3200 rpm spring was enough to get me a 16.162 1/4 with a .107 RT!

I AM STOKED! Now I need a tranny soon to put the power to the ground!

They put the body into chuck and check it for being true center via micrometer. Then they take them to a surface grinding machine and mount it.

They get the tip lined up under the grinding wheel. Using 1 hand to spin the chuck, the other then lower the wheel on it and when it just barely touches, they start grinding away .010 of material at a time. Once at the .010 mark, the hand that was lowering the wheel then turns the wheel to push it into the wheel. Its like a lathe.
