Let me know how they run!

Check to make sure the holes are angled for the inclined injector. I have seen people sell 24V tips on 1st gen bodys like what you have and they don't work very well since the spray pattern is wrong. 24V tips the holes are symetric. My experience with these engines is multi hole nozzles beyond 6 tend to make lots of smoke and heat but not much power. I hope you find a diffrent result.

I got my injectors from the same person he did... the orifices were not symmetrical around the nozzle. I bet his are the same way.

Are they from Lee at Contagious Diesel? If so, he does VERY good work, and a nice guy, im getting some eventually.

Yes they are from Contagious. KTA, apparently there are several 12V p-pump folks using them with great results, I *might* be the 1st person to try a set in a VE pumped setup I dont know. Hope mother Nature holds off this weekend.

I have been running a set of 7x.014s for about two months. Outstanding compared to 5x10s. Very hot but the power is there, just waiting to build the tranny to hold it. I got mine from Brian Banghart, awesome guy

I could see your truck running hot with that turbo and those sticks. 7x.014's are huge and the a3000 has like a 58-59mm compressor.

Yeah 58 wheel doesnt glow much. But I wanted to spend the money once cause if I dont p pump it someday its going to have twins. 4" exhuast it was really hot, I just did 5" all the way and it actually helped quite a bit.

They are Denso nozzles from a John Deere application, the real concern is whether they are 148* or 158*, most I have seen are the latter. A 7x0.010" flows roughly the same as a 5x0.014" 3.0LPM.
