set up ( and my sig is up to date ) my truck will hold 1250* for how ever long i want to,

I have never dynoed but it gets pretty roudy with full throttle, ran a couple of 6.7 CR's
that were probly stock and took them handilly.

Could be some what, but don't forget I am at stock timing which will show the egt's higher and your advanced timing will hide some of your egt's. Also you have the p/s cooler, tims tubes where as my 93 does not.

Ok so Im happy where Im at really I suppose, so I guess i just throw more air at it, and like I said injectors only so I dont destroy my injection pump? So my stock tube with a mutilated air box can be improved alot?

They lowered my EGTs while pulling. I've noticed a little less turbo lag as well, that might just be me though. IMO it is money well spent. ;)

And I take it you are still running the factory intercooler?

Hmmm interesting.. I think I will take their design and make my own, just cause Im like that hahahah, but I think Ill use pcv pipe to keep the heat at bay, I think the metal tubes would get more heat soaked then pcv pipe, and Im talkin the stockers too.

Do you really think that pvc will stand up to the temps. The whole hot cold thing will work harden the pipe, or at least I would think. I have some conduit running in the ceiling of my shop and its been there about 6 or 7 years. With the heat there u can see waves in the pipe. The conduit is schedule 40.

Ok Ill trust my boys on the site! I will still make my own... but Ill use silicone connectors and exhaust pipe, this is far from a show vehicle.. that stainless ould look out of place!

Do not use a silicone 90* reducer to go between the turbo and the pipe running to the intercooler. A lot of competition guys see them burst right there because the turbo heats that air up to 500*+ degrees. Just food for thought.

hey-Hey!!!,
There are polyester reinforced silicone and those with fiberglass. Polyester is well down in strength by the time it passes 350 F. I have seen both sorts used by the OEM's and the polyester always goes *AFTER* the IC.
cheers,
