I have been having troubel getting cold air from my AC this summer. I dotn especialy want to have a mobile meat locker, but 40drop would be nice. I got a new drier and installed it, but my MO upbringing got in the way, and I didnt get a new expansion valve

It cools Ok going down the road, but warms up as I get to a stop light.
Fan kicks on after about 2min stopped.
Siting in the driveway at 11-1300rpm, the evaporator does NOT get real cold- nowhere near icing over. Evap has no leaves or junk around it. Just not cold.
Could my condensor being behind the intercooler be a contributing factor? Though 1stGens with the Banks kit had an IC in front of the AC, right? Or did they? CShafer?
What else could be an issue? Is there a way to flush the AC system like the cooling system, without taking every component out and cleaning it individually? I am about to the point of saying "it's the best it is going to get, live with it." I have crossed the breakeven point with doing it this way, vs having the shop do it "profesionally" for $60/hr (SE MO half a$$ing), not to mention the time I've wasted trying to polish this turd.
Any ideas or avenuse I have not considered are appreciated. If anyone has an AC evacuator, bring it to SOP.
