Windshield wiper switch

I'm pretty sure my windshield wiper switch is FUBAR. My wipers don't return to home, they only run one speed. The intermitent delay doesn't work. It pretty much is just on and off on low speed. I took the cover off and tried to figure out how to take the switch out. Best I could tell, I've got to drive out that roll pin. Any of your changed one out and got any advice?
