what is a good and safe fuel pressure to be running? raptor 150 btw. i have herd 10, 11, and 15?
93 D250- pump maxed, 3800 spring, hx35, denny T pump top, 7x.015 injectors, timing+, Coolertubz, raptor 150, boost nipple, 4" DP to 6" aussie stacks, built tranny, asa intake, DNR tps, more HP mods, isspro boost, fuel pressure, egt, tranny temp, 5k tach, chrome and powder coating here & there.

mine stays at a constant 17 psi, have not had a problem yet.
92 d350, arp's, orings, 150lb springs, 4200 gsk ,ground pin ,64/71/14 ,ddp inj's, ats manifold, tim's tubez, ats trans, FASS, locker, timing + a tooth, bcdd intake

2001 2wd rclb dually 5sp, smarty, Bluechip FMS, TS MVP, 57/75 twins, stainless diesel pipe kit, valair clutch, airdog 150, DFI SAC 7x.014's, cheap a$$ intake, ARP studs, oringed head, CPP 115# springs

i had to send my isspro back because they sent black face and i ordered white so i stuck this mechanical one on for now. does this look right? it fluctuates ALOT!!!!! bounces 4-7 at idle? why? watch video and see

Your reading with a stock mechanical pump will bounce wildy, a pressure snubber is needed to stop the fluctuations.

Most just use a small valve which they can run just open enough to read the pressure but not enough to get the fluctuations.

the only reason u need the isolator/ snubber is to keep the guage alive, not to smooth out the fuel pressure going to the IP. the electric will be a pretty constant pressure

dont order this needle valve! got this in today and it leaks at the lock nut. :mad:
