Justin and I were talking about mods to his truck today, can't remember which one, but he asked which on would be best for the P-Pump. I told him the trash can.

Andrew, I think Justin may have had a potential breakthrough in his VE problems, according to a text I received a little while ago. 8)

We was talkin about which cam for a ppump first gen

The text was a question you tard!! I asked if my truck was sucking a tiny bit of air through the line, would it show up at the inlet on the injection pump as air bubbles?

And I said yes, now get out there and fix it. 8)

Then you can send that P-pump to L&L where it belongs.

This BS is getting as bad as the Mopar Collector Car crap did.

It all has it's place, the REALLY FAST stuff has the P-pump, the VE has easy tuning and easy repairability on it's side.
Personally, all I could ever need to do can be done with a VE, but I'm not unwise like some and feel it's the holy grail, which it's not.

Plain and simple, 6 12mm plungers and barrels will move 6 times the fuel much more efficiently than one will.
You want rpm and top end power REALIABLY, the P pump does it.
You want an everyday driver that gets out of it's own way and will pull a trailer at 1200 RPMs, a warmed up VE will do it.

Either way you go, if you don't move the air to clear the smoke, you're just embarrassing yourself, anyway.

Mark.
