do you have any easy way of checking the case pressure? (access to a lathe?)

that could be a big indication of whats wrong

I figure to gut and tap your FSS to hook a gauge to.

What kind of numbers should the pump be pushing? Would an air pressure gauge be fine just to test it once?

It's created by the vane pump and the restriction built into the return line. No way to adjust it AFAIK, it's just a way to tell if something's wrong.

Bad vane pump or something like that.

I have my old pump for parts if needed. The vane pump im going to guess is hard to get too, how hard would it be to replace the lever the fuel screw pushes on?

The vane pump is the last thing you take out when disassembling.

I'd pull the fulcrum out of that pump and put it in your old one.

i see 90-150 in nortmal driving.

if you had any kind of inlet line restriction, you might notice weird pressures, i suspect you are getting just enough fuel to maintain idle, and not enough to keep pressure to the plunger at high rpm.

feel free to send me your shut down solinoid and I'll make you one on the lathe...
