need help, ppump swap

Postby cumminspower24v » Sat Dec 24, 2011 11:21 pm

Swapping 180hp ppump out of a 97 into my 92. Everything was going awesome til we got to mounting the pump. The fuel filter housing on the bottom of the head does not allow the pump to mount in all the way and even if it did there is no way i could get a fuel filter back in it. Am i missing something here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guy.

Ppump is just too big. I don't think the driver side of the truck can handle the extra weight either.

He's right.

Just the hassle of getting to the oil pressure sender would keep me from ever P-pumping my truck. It's just not worth it.
