A few weeks ago my pump starting leaking a little fuel. Over a 2 hour period it would leak a spot about 8inches accross. No big deal, I went and ordered a seal kit, and was going to wait till I got the time...
Now today, still leaking, I get in the throttle pretty heavy. As I roll out the engine starts to miss and as I slow to stop, it dies. When I crank it back up it's not running on all cylinders. I look under the hood and my slow leak is now worse. Knowing I couldn't fix it there, I drive it home missing. Half way it clears up and runs good. Still leaking bad, and I'm going to try and fix this weekend.
My question is, what do you guys think is leaking? It looks as if it is either coming from the top injector line where it screws onto the head, or just above the head. Could the head be cracked? Could this be coming from the vent and just look like its leaking there. Its got be puzzled. How hard is it to re-seal and fix the problem?
Here is a short video of the leak, or what I could try to get. It sucks, I know, but I thought it might help Identify the problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E90Trlh2PZQ&context=C407b5e2ADvjVQa1PpcFOzQeQb4mMc6I5V2i6ogyYSnGnwkX4R9AY=
