Look on your engine data plate. IIRC 74 ccs for intercooled and 78 for non intercooled.

Ur saying the entire injection pump flows 74cc? I read somewhere that they are like 200 or 180cc in stock form

Stock= Nothing done, as it sits on the truck

With screws turned, from Stomp:

Well here is the results from my last testing session. Yeah Yeah I know the 14mm and 4mm cam plate don’t work well together. I just had to try when we got 500cc I thought we were onto something. J KTA was right about what happens when running them. With increased rpm’s they start loosing flow.

The below numbers were done at test stand rpm's X2 for motor rpm's.

It flowed 450cc @ 500rpm's with air.
450cc @ 750rpm's with air.
410cc @ 1000rpm's with air.

Valet was 330cc @500 rpm's without air.

14mm with 4mm cam plate which resulted in seizing the pump.

500cc @ 500 rpm with air
490cc @ 750 rpm with air
360cc @ 1000 rpm with air

I don’t know why we didn’t test them at higher rpm’s, I mean we spent 12 hours at the shop. I guess when we tested all of them in the past we never did. If we would have gained anything down low we would have known from the previous tests.

That was Stomp's 14mm head, 4mm cam plate setup. They don't last long. ;)

Right but was the top flow chart a 14 or 12mm head? Cause the second chart is the 14mm w 4mm cam plate

The most I've ever heard from a 12mm pump was the man above you. at 330cc??? iirc.

The 400 range in the above was from a 14. The average 12mm pump tuned correctly can be anywhere in the upper 200 range.

Stock as in untouched? Not 220cc. I'd have to look it up to see what they do flow, but the highest hp 12 valve stock in a Dodge was 215 horse. Not gonna have a 220cc pump stock. They will flow way more than that when worked over though.

Also, you can make around 2 horse per cc of fuel if you can burn it all. The only problem is the VE peaks so early you will never have full boost at it's peak fuel output.

I've been told by manny ppl u can make 2hp for every cc of fuel like u said but u must have to have a perfect combination for I know few trucks that can pull this off atleast that I've heard of and if u throw nitrous into the equation that kinda skews the results

The most important thing, yet the hardest thing.... is burning the fuel when the pump gives it to you. This takes the proper turbo(s) for your given set up, and lots of tuning including having timing dialed in perfectly. My truck clears all smoke by 1500ish rpms and keeps it that way up to 3000. That's important in burning all the fuel in making a high number.

I could see camshaft havi g an awesome benefit w a ve if u ran a cam that started making power at 1500 and made power to atleast 3000 or 3100 I feel like that would be perfect for a ve? I'm runing hx35/ht3b 57/76 inducer sizes I can get the bottom charger lit right now at about 1600 or 1700 rpm I still have stock injectors I've got 5x18s and an air dog w fuel sump going on soon wonder if a cam could take even more advantage of ve limited power range

Most definitely. Anything to help burn the fuel at low rpm. With your set up and injectors study BC847....
