Well here is the results from my last testing session. Yeah Yeah I know the 14mm and 4mm cam plate don’t work well together. I just had to try when we got 500cc I thought we were onto something. J KTA was right about what happens when running them. With increased rpm’s they start loosing flow.
The below numbers were done at test stand rpm's X2 for motor rpm's.
It flowed 450cc @ 500rpm's with air.
450cc @ 750rpm's with air.
410cc @ 1000rpm's with air.
Valet was 330cc @500 rpm's without air.
14mm with 4mm cam plate which resulted in seizing the pump.
500cc @ 500 rpm with air
490cc @ 750 rpm with air
360cc @ 1000 rpm with air
I don’t know why we didn’t test them at higher rpm’s, I mean we spent 12 hours at the shop. I guess when we tested all of them in the past we never did. If we would have gained anything down low we would have known from the previous tests.

The 400 range in the above was from a 14. The average 12mm pump tuned correctly can be anywhere in the upper 200 range.
