this turbos awfull big

after 5 hrs of sanding and polishing

custom 4inch downpipe its a tight fit but no rubbing

all together, then i ran PTO cable inside of the cab to control it

Looks good, I keep mine about 2/3s open as default and close it up I bit under acceration, seems to net me best mpg/ egts

How does it compare to the last turbo?
1930 Model A, 91 non i/c, he351ve over ht3b, bagged all around, mostly built 47rh, 72 lpm sticks, 600hp/1400 ft lbs (cummins math), just needs traction

What did you need the adapter for I thought the He 351ve had a T-3 foot also.
92 D-350 reg. cab,dually,c.t.d.,auto,3.54s,fuel screw 2+turns,smoke screw3 turns,star wheel all the way down,,B.H.A.F.,,gauges,DennyT stage 2 pin,366 spring next!!!

ve's have a different flange from a t3 or t4 or the t4i. from what i've researched its a wgmt flange or something.

edit: the 351cw have the t3
92 D350 Cab and Chassis. Auto stock, wiring gremlins. 330k miles
92 W250 Ext cab rotted completely out. Auto, pump maxed, 215 ppump nozzles, Denny T2 pin.
85 D350 single wheel, converted to cummins, getrag, turned up 2 turns and afc screw flush.

This one came off a 2008 6.7. It has the t4i flange. It spools good and make some good power and keeps the egts low with those pod injectors. The whistles loud with it closed up but u get used to it.

Some good info,nice sanding and polishing job 8) If im not happy with my EGT control now with W/M im going to look at this HE 351cw turbo for the true 4" exhaust.
93 d350 extra cab 5 speed dually.

Mods: hx35,rotated fuel pin,bosch 190 inj.,BHAF with smooth intake tube,3200 rpm spring,M&H dynamic timing spacer,isspro EGT and boost gauge,Auto meter tach, fuel press. gauge.Diamond eye 4" exhaust,Sno Stage 2 W/M kit.

Real trucks dont use spark plugs!

No I didn't haft to flip the manifold it fit snug though but it all clears even with the 2.5 inch eletric controller I had on it at first
