So I crawled under there and pulled off the WG actuator and extended the rod a sqeek past 1/8" and reinstalled.Gave the truck a nice warm up and went for a FLOG run  No W/M I get 31 psi max and settles down to about 29 psi...before it would boost up to 34 lbs.

With W/M the boost hits about 36-37 psi for just a split second and settles down to 32 psi WFO.

Runnin up a small hill The boost held steady at 32-33 psi (W/M on) at 3200 rpm, sucked the fuel press gauge down to 7 psi, temp hit 8k post turbo and was climbing but climbing very slow,I was hittin close to 100 mph at that point and got out of it.

Im going to retorque the head bolts tonight just to be safe...y'all think I should retorque hot or cold?

Thanks!

ARP says do only cold torques with their head studs..... So I say cold, lots of people will argue.

I have a good spot where you can have some port/polish work done.

As of right now DAP sells the cheapest studs at $420???? IIRC.

Yep... I got studs for $420, and was in my head (re surfaced, magnafluxed, new valve guide seals, and o-ringed) for $405... for another $650 I could of gotten it ported/polished.

If you truly need it, do a quick check with a machinist edge of the head. It might be good to go as is.

Ya...but at 300k miles I'd bet my arm that it's not gonna be within spec. Maybe though
