Sorry for all the hassle guys. I am not opposed to any of the suggestions I just want to go the best route for me.
an s300g is a better turbo and it is proven and reliable, but it costs a lot more compared to others mentioned. the turbos i mentioned, including the hx40 (by what ellis93 has said) would do what you want to do for less money is all.
if you went with one of those injectors and tuned the pickup to tow well (meaning not going for all out fuel while towing) you would have very few if any problems i think with any and all turbos mentioned. the cheapest way to get there would be a stock style turbo, but there may be a little more to gain from an s300g
