One tooth advance is 10° advanc, thats 0 to E, if you then retarded the pump then you should have your timing a fuzz lower than stock. At least with the marks on my case thats how it would be.

I backed it out side little it run for about 10 minutes and then all the sudden it started missing. Barely ran for a minute and then died. It was acting like ran out of fuel. So I checked the fuel filter and it was full. I then pulled the feed to the pump and it was flowing a lot of fuel. When I went to crank it again I cracked the fuel lines and airiated fuel was coming out and it didn't have near the pressure it should. It will normally squirt all the way onto the fender. Now it is just bubbling out. I feel like something in the pump is the problem. Also it is leaking fuel out the vent on the diaphragm body. Anybody got any clues? It is so depressing.
