Both will work, but the pre-mix sealer made by the same manufacturer of the paint your spraying will be best
and cheapest, that epoxy primer is pricey.
what I do is...get all the filler work done, then spray on a few coats of 3M high build primer and wet block sand
between each coat with 400g, when it looks good I get ready to paint, spray the sealer on...let it flash...then
the base color....then the clear.
you can use multi brands together but I always feel safer using reducer, activator, base, and clear all from the same brand.
