200PSI will work on a tractor motor but not on a 5.9. They aren't heavy enough to take it. Back in the 70's and 80's 3 stage pulling tractors with 3 or 4 turbos were common because of restrictive cylinder heads. As the heads got better most tractors went to a 2 stage 3 charger setup. The 200+psi was not tolerable with the good heads as it made too much cylinder pressure and blew the blocks in half.

If you put 200psi in a 5.9 your block will be in half too!!

At 150psi it will look something roughly like this:
