Lift the front of the truck so the tires are in the air and grab the top and bottom of the tire and try to move them in/out. This will tell you if there is slack in the wheel bearing. If it checks as being good pull the tire and bearing cap and nut. Recheck your bearings and make sure nothing broke. Its possible you got a bad bearing and a cage exploded. I would check the rotors as stated above 1st however.
