If you have an auto, plan to rebuild that, and beef it up. With an intercooled truck, you are going to need bigger injectors, New Era 370's will support around 400rwhp (according to Pete  ) and they are pretty cheap. You are also going to need to upgrade the fuel supply system, and turbo.

Once you fill out your sig. we can help more.

Well being a mud truck you are going to want power that is sustainable. If you make lots of power but egt's get hot half way through the mud then its not much good for your application. I would think you need lots of air ( big turbo ) . You also have to find a way to keep good clean airflow through your intercooler. A cooler filled with mud or one that has no airflow ( going slow ) is not going to work. I am at 300 horsepower and with my set up there is no way I could use that power for more then 20 seconds at full throttle before I have to back out.

A set of 6X.12 injectors, a 62/71/14 S300, ground fuel pin, fuel supply mods, and 366 spring should get you over 300rwhp. I don't know how the EGT's would be, but I think the S300 would keep the truck pretty cool.

Another thing, your going to need a bigger exhaust. 4" all the way is what I would do. With an S300 you will need a 4" downpipe instead of the stock 3", so it would be better to do the turbo and exhaust at the same time. It would save you some extra work.

I think it would be best to look for a used S300 in good shape rather than paying well over 1K for a new one. For a 6X.12 injector you will have to have them custom made, from either Scheid, or DDP. Scheid EDM's injectors, and DDP extrude hones them. I'm sure the DDP's would be cheaper.

For the 366 spring go here. http://www.puredieselpower.com/catalog/ ... -1308.html

For the exhaust go to either www.sourceautomotive.biz or www.stansheaders.com

The most important things you can buy for your truck are gauges (don't know why I didn't mention them before... ) and they can be had at www.genosgarage.com

I recommend Isspro, but it's really your choice.

I would do it. You can either take your stock pin out and grind it, or you can go aftermarket. The only aftermarket pin worth a damn, in my opinion is the DennyT Stage II Fuel pin. They are made from hardened steel, and CNC and lathed. He does a very good job. I believe they are now $105 shipped to your door. I think you gain more power with the DennyT pin than even a heavily ground stock pin, but the choice is ultimately yours. If you are extremely tight on money then grind your own. If you have some to spare I highly recommend the DennyT pin. If you want more info on the pin go to www.dieseltruckresource.com and PM member DennyT, he will tell you all you need to know.

For what its worth, I have one and I love it. Dennis is also a very nice and easy person to work with, and he will answer all of your questions.

I believe that is the smaller S300G which is a 57/65/14. You should be looking for the bigger brother, which is a 62/71/14.

Sure Parker, makin fun of my " lil " turbo again. :D Also I did not see an exhaust hook up in the picture. Price was right for the small S300.
