The AD kit I have was supplied with 1/2" lines. You need to change the pick up in the tank one way or another as the stock pick-up is tiny. You dont really need a filter in tank. The AD kit will filter out anything that gets sucked up. Also there is a large screened filter on the AD inlet for the larger debris. As far as my system, I did as Bill did and blasted a 1/2" hole in the bottom of the tank and used the proper fitting to seal things up. Works awsome and the more fuel you have in the tank the more pressure you have pushing the fuel to the lift pump. As far as the return line the stock one should work fine. The AD unit has its own return line so most of the excess fuel is returned by the AD directly.
